There are many solutions for this problem but I am sharing here one solution that is 100% working.

Question:

I have Qmobile x6i that have the android version 4.4.1 (kit kat) and I try to connect my mobile with android studio but when I plugin nothing happen even though I had on the debugging mod on mobile?

Answer:

I suggest all those who are facing this problem. Just simple solution is install the PdaNet+ on your desktop and also install it on mobile. After installing the PdaNet+ you connect the cable with mobile then you see the usb debuggin mod is running and run the android studio project it will show you phone connected.
